Technology department of UTEC is responsible for creating and keeping necessary technical and electronic infrastructure for offering e-Learning courses. This department started its activity in 2006 focusing on common organizing technical infrastructure and research and inspection about better infrastructure . Main purposes of technology department are as following :

1. Technical support of holding e-Learning courses

2. To plan and run e-Learning centers

3. To develop and equip electronic space

4. Technical and scientific inter- university cooperation

5. To attract research projects

6. To offer technical services ( software and hardware )
